This Airbnb in Petersville Subdivision is conveniently located just 12 minutes from Burnham Park, SM Baguio and Session road. It’s another unique experience since you’ll be staying in a log cabin and waking up to a picturesque scenery of the mountains and pine trees.
This one sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. There is also a parking space available for 2 vehicles along the driveway. The Richmond House is a 3-storey house located in Dreamland Subdivision in Pinget, Baguio City. This subdivision is on top of a hill so the weather is cool all throughout the day especially in the months of December, January and February.
The place is only 15-20 minutes away from the famous tourist spots in Baguio. The guests will be using the second floor where they have full access to the entire rental space. The Garden Terrace is part of the Tudor in the Pines, which has seven (7) unique residences within a gated property. During your stay, you can stroll around the private garden and hang out with friends/family around the fire pit. Usage of the fire pit is upon approval of the property manager and you will be charged PhP800 including firewood and cleaning fee.
You can also appreciate the pine forest and mountain views in the Glasshouse Lounge or the breathtaking sky views from the Black Tower. The Garden Terrace has 2 bedrooms with panoramic doors and can accommodate 4 guests. You will have your own private kitchen, dining room and living room. Pine Cone Treehouse is one of the two treehouses in Tudor in the Pines. There is another treehouse right beside it called Pine Needle Treehouse and you can rent one or both. It is perched 30 feet above the ground and can be a unique and fun experience for adventure-seekers.
